As the FlowcastPre-Sales Engineer / Solutions Specialist, you will be the APAC region’s technical evangelist and drive the technical evaluation stage of the overall sales process, making you a critical driver of customer success AI and ML becomes more and more critical in the modern enterprise. In this role, you will be the key technical advisor to the sales team, work very closely with the data science, engineering and product teams, and serve as a vital product advocate to our prospects, customers, and partner community. You will be a key technical advisor to Flowcast customers as they undertake technical design and development of their end-to-end solution, often times their first experience with AI and ML. You’ll also be responsible for clear articulation of Flowcast’s technical and functional product positioning to a wide variety of business and technical stakeholders, and for forging strong relationships with them throughout the sales cycle and well into their production deployments.
The Pre-Sales Engineer / Solutions Specialist position has a significant impact on Flowcast’s fiscal performance and it requires frequent use of independent judgment and critical decision-making skills on behalf of the company. Ultimately, you will be the sales team’s technical expert in APAC, providing advice and technical aptitude in data science, engineering, and infrastructure.
Measures of success include deals successfully technically qualified, solutions architected and, ultimately, revenue influenced.
