Sr Assistant, Administrative - Product & Technology at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA)

Performs a variety of moderately complex administrative functions and clerical duties to support 2 Sr Directors while also helping support administrative needs of larger team/department. May handle confidential information. Will also support the site in Space Management, Conference Room Support, Site Purchases and General Site support.



Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage schedules, arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, events, time off, etc. for 2 Senior Directors.
Coordinate logistics for team and leadership meetings and events.
Using an array of business software applications (e.g. word processing, presentation and spreadsheets), prepare presentations, departmental reports and organizational charts. Research compile and proof word processing assignments.
Prioritize, plan and organize multiple projects simultaneously, prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports. May assist with compiling and developing annual budget.
Provide information to callers, coordinate messages, file maintenance, manage department office supplies and mail, attend meetings and keep notes on meeting content.
Maintain full understanding and knowledge of office practices and act as resource for business unit's policies and procedures. May file help desk tickets to update/correct permissions.
Space Management: Maintain seating charts in Manhattan, submit facilities tickets, work with EA/AA to assign seating for new hires/transfers, Submit A/V tickets, facilities tickets, assist with conference room bookings as needed.
Site Purchases: Maintain office supplies, catering, furniture, hardware, etc.
Site Support: Ergonomic workstation requests, signage, liaison between site and CRE, maintain site-specific distribution lists, primary POC for site-specific needs, partner with EA/AA as needed
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.



Qualifications
Qualifications:
4-7 years supporting executive leaders, may assist less experienced peers is required
Expert ability to prioritize, plan, schedule and organize multiple projects simultaneously according to importance of projects or tasks assigned.
Expert level of understanding regarding current office practices, policies, procedures, and services of department
Expert level ability to interact and communicate effectively, tactfully and respectfully with others in all possible situations
Expert level ability to provide support in the coordination of large projects.
Expert level skills in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Associates Degree or equivalent is preferred


Minimum Qualifications
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pre-employment background screen
