Help us identify, integrate and analyze new sources and categories of data. You will develop software to handle interfacing, ingest, feature extraction and analytics of sensor and cloud data, and collaborate on data fusion and modeling to predict occupancy, flow and patterns of life.
This is a great opportunity for strong software engineering graduates with exposure to functional programming and a practitioner’s familiarity with machine learning to work on applied problems in data science.
You must have a Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field, and at least two years relevant experience working in a production software development team writing code. You must be fluent with at least two languages like Python, Scala or Java, and should be experienced with functional programming, ETL, stream processing, data pipelines and distributed systems.
In this full-time role, you’ll work across the spectrum of development including research, design, implementation and support; have the chance to manage partner relationships; and have the opportunity to grow and contribute to other areas of product development based on your interests and abilities.
Please note: this is a Boston-based position for local candidates only and has an anticipated start date around May 2019.
